Woman, who was warned by her friend that she was getting inside the wrong car only to wake up hours later nked at a moteI, claims that the fake driver vioIated her and used her credit card to pay for the moteI and to fiII up his car with gas!

Police officials said the 49-year-old man, later identified as Dany, was arrested and is now facing charges including credit card fraud and fraudulent use of personal identification. Police officials also said that there’s also probable cause for kidnapping and it remained unclear if the suspect would also face se-ual assault charges after he reportedly tricked a woman into believing he was her ‘ride’ only for woman to wake up hours later na-ed at a motel.

Prosecutors said the driver reportedly picked the woman, he wasn’t assigned to, and reportedly brought her to a motel against her will. The woman, who was not identified, reportedly thought that Dany was her driver, who a friend had requested. The woman told investigators that the fake-Uber driver then se-ually assaulted her and used her credit card to pay for the motel and to fill up his car with gas.

Prosecutors said the 49-year-old driver drove the woman to a motel. The woman reportedly told investigators that she doesn’t remember how she arrived at the motel and believes she was drugged. The unfortunate woman also told investigators that she got in the suspect’s vehicle because it looked similar to the one she was waiting for. Police also spoke with the victim’s friend, who confirmed with them that he had warned her that she was getting inside the wrong car.

When she woke up, the victim told investigators that she was n-ked and had felt pain in her peIvic area and her knee. She also noticed that $240 was missing from her purse and that she had bruises on her forehead, arms and behind her right knee. The victim then went over to a nearby restaurant, where she requested to speak with police. Police officials believe that this may not be the first time the fake-Uber driver has targeted women. Police also said that the 49-year-old driver reportedly preyed on women late at night while driving SUV.
