Bismarck, North Dakota – A Billings sober living facility was damaged by a late-night fire.
According to a city spokesperson, at midnight, Billings firefighters were called to the totally ablaze home at 2024 Green Terrace Drive.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze before it seriously damaged the neighboring property after it spread to it, according to spokesperson Victoria Hill.
There were no injuries. 13 persons were housed in the sober living facility.
The last occupant, who was at work when the fire started, was among the twelve who made it out safely, according to Hill.
Due to the residence being destroyed, Hill stated that the facility’s inhabitants are currently displaced.
Investigations continue about what started the fire.
