Police looking for a man suspected of armed robbery

Billings, Montana – Police in Billings are looking for an individual who they think tried to rob a bar and a casino in the city on Friday.

According to Billings Police Sgt. Clyde Reid, the suspect initially entered the Lucky Lil’s casino at 340 15 St. W. at 4:08 p.m. Friday and gave the cashier a note claiming he had a weapon and demanding money.

According to Reid, the employee denied, and the suspect fled in a vehicle. He was described as a White male in his 30s with brown hair who wore a white mask.

A suspect matching the description entered Bullwacker’s, a pub a few streets away on Broadwater Avenue, and used the similar approach less than an hour later, just before 5 p.m.

An employee gave up an unknown amount of money in this case.

The investigation is underway.
