Beaverhead County Sheriff’s Office looking for two missing men

Beaverhead County, Montana – A missing person alerts have been issued by the Beaverhead County Sheriff’s Office for two men who were reported missing in two separate cases.

Jason Morris, 46, went missing early Friday morning, October 1st, after leaving his house in Dillon, Montana.

Jason stands 5’7″ tall and weighs around 190 pounds. Jason was dressed in blue pants and a blue denim shirt, as shown in the photo. Jason has recently been acting out of character and may be on the verge of self-harm.

His pickup, which was discovered parked at Lone Tree Campground near Clark Canyon Reservoir in Beaverhead County, south of Dillon, was missing a handgun.

Derek Lee Gore, 29, is also missing. Derek is 6’0″ tall and weighs around 170 pounds. On Saturday, October 2, 2021, he was last seen in Dillon, Montana.

Derek is probably on his motorcycle (2014 KTM ENDURO, Orange and Black). There has been no indication of direction or destination. Derek often communicates with his parents on a daily basis, but he has not done so recently. His phone has been turned off.
