Billings Police establishes an online marketplace in collaboration with a local business

Billings, Montana – A Safe Exchange Zone has been established by Billings Police in collaboration with a local business. It is an online marketplace where people may trade products they are buying or selling.

The Scheels Safe Exchange Zone is on the south side of the parking lot. Signs were placed nn Friday, August 27.

Officer Nate Schara of the Billings Police Department said the location was chosen because it has sufficient lighting and high-quality security cameras.

It’s the first dedicated site of its kind in Billings, according to Officer Schara. He stated that he is considering establishing a new Safe Exchange Zone in the Heights.
