According to the court documents, the 41-year-old trans woman, later identified as Angel, and 52-year-old Gerald (SEE PHOTO), both pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, by way of t0rture and p0ison. Prosecutors said that the 52-year-old defendant faces life in prison while the 41-year-old trans woman between 25 years to life in prison. Both defendants be sentenced on March 18.
Prosecutors said the trans woman and Gerald killed 23-year-old George in 2019 by luring the victim in their apartment. The investigation reportedly began when Angel came to the police station and claimed she had been involved in a murder. Investigators discovered that the murder took place at Gerald’s apartment.
During the investigation, officials reportedly discovered that both defendants and the victim were engaging in consensual s-x. At one moment, Angel reportedly confronted the 23-year-old victim with a machete and she and Gerald tied a noose around the victim’s neck and hung him up on the ceiling. Police officials said the victim was t0rtured at least several hours.
Both defendants reportedly hit, punched and assaulted the man with different objects. After the t0rturing, Angel and Gerald injected the 23-year-old victim with a mixture of water and fentanyI, causing him to convulse and struggle to breathe. While George was still alive, the defendants stuffed him into a suitcase and waited for him to die. After 1 day, they dumped the suitcase into the bay.
