Billings Symphony hosts small concerts at senior living facilities

Three members of the Billings symphony held small concerts for four senior living facilities on Wednesday.

The symphony performed at Highgate Senior Living at 11 a.m. and made its way to Sweetwater Retirement, Morning Star Senior Living, and West Park Village from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

All of the performances were held outside of each facility to ensure proper distancing.

On Thursday, the symphony plans to hold four concerts at The Springs at 10:30 a.m., The Legacy at 1 p.m., Wyndstone at 2 p.m., and Eagle Cliff Manor at 3 p.m.

Billings Symphony education director Candy Holzer says they are hoping to enrich the resident’s lives through music during the small concert tour.
