Dad, who struggIed to take care of both his speciaI needs son son and also his own medicaI chaIIenges and was frustrated he wasn’t getting no heIp from outside sources, kiIIed his son after bringing him to hospital before turning the gun on himseIf!

Police officials said the dad, later identified as 67-year-old Joe reportedly shot his 23-year-old chiId, Noah, before shooting himself shortly after he brought him to the hospital. Hours before the father shot his son, he reportedly called 911 and asked for help regarding a ‘problem’ with his son and that he waned to get his son to the hospital for help.

Police officials said the 67-year-old man reportedly struggIed to take care of his 23-year-old son because the younger man had ‘special needs’ and reportedly had a rough day when his dad took him to the hospital only to shoot him and then shoot himself. Investigators believe that the elderly man struggled with his son, who was being somewhat combative.

When the 67-year-old dad brought his 23-year-old son to the hospital, doctors put him in a mental health room. Shortly after their arrival, the father pulled out a gun and shot warning shots so everyone else would clear the room. The father then shot his 23-year-old son before turning the weapon on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

During an interview with investigators, the 67-year-old dad reportedly said that in the last month, he’s been struggling to take care of his 23-year-old son and him, because he also suffered from different medical conditions. The father was also frustrated he wasn’t getting no help from outside sources and the only solution he had in his own mind was to take his son’s and own life, officials said.
