Missoula, MT – The Missoula Fire Department responded to a serious two-vehicle crash that left one vehicle overturned after it collided with a power pole, prompting a large multi-agency emergency response.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Mullan Road and North Reserve Street, where D Shift crews worked alongside other first responders to provide medical care and manage the scene.
One of the vehicles rolled over before striking the utility pole, adding to the complexity of the incident.
Despite the severity of the collision, officials confirmed there were no fatalities. Emergency personnel treated those involved while crews worked to secure the area and address hazards created by the damaged power infrastructure.
Following the crash, the Missoula Fire Department urged motorists to use extra caution during the busy summer travel season, when increased traffic brings more vehicles onto Montana’s roads.
Fire officials reminded drivers to slow down, remain alert and make responsible decisions behind the wheel, emphasizing that reaching a destination safely is more important than taking unnecessary risks.
