Two Arrested Following Standoff in Kalispell

KALISPELL, MT — A standoff in Kalispell on Tuesday afternoon led to the arrest of two individuals, according to the Kalispell Police Department.

Patricia Marie Holcomb, 57, of Kalispell, was taken into custody on a U.S. Marshals arrest warrant. She is also facing preliminary charges of obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. Authorities report that Holcomb’s actions contributed to the standoff situation, though additional details about the confrontation have not yet been released.

Arnold W. Deans, 52, also of Kalispell, was arrested in connection with a previously issued arrest warrant. Police have not disclosed the nature of the charges related to Deans’ warrant.

Both individuals were transported to the Flathead County Detention Center following their arrests. The Kalispell Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident.

No injuries were reported during the standoff, and law enforcement officials are working to gather further details as the situation unfolds.
