Structure Fire on Crestview Lane in Missoula Quickly Contained

Missoula, MT — The City of Missoula Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Crestview Lane Saturday afternoon. The call came in at approximately 1:00 PM, prompting the dispatch of three fire engines, including one ladder truck.

Upon arrival, fire crews were able to quickly suppress the flames and contain the fire, which had been confined to a structure. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and all occupants of the home were able to evacuate safely, along with their pet.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, with a fire investigator assigned to the case. The Fire Department has not released further details at this time.

Authorities have assured that an update will be provided once additional information becomes available. The quick response from the Missoula Fire Department likely prevented the situation from escalating further.
