Missoula Parks and Recreation launches new adult crafting social program

Missoula, MT – Missoula Parks and Recreation is introducing a new adult program aimed at fostering creativity and community in the new year.

The department announced the launch of Crafting Social Hour, a relaxed weekly program open to adults ages 18 and older. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays at Jefferson School beginning January 13.

According to Parks and Recreation officials, the program is designed to be welcoming and accessible, with no prior crafting experience required.

All supplies will be provided, along with refreshments, and participants will work on seasonal craft projects that they can take home.

The program also emphasizes social connection, offering a casual environment for conversation and creativity.

Organizers describe it as an opportunity for residents to unwind, meet others, and enjoy a low-pressure creative outlet.

Additional information and registration details are available through the City of Missoula Parks and Recreation website.
