Mask mandate in place at Bozeman Public Schools

Bozeman, Montana – The Bozeman Public Schools Board of Trustees decided to adopt a district-wide emergency declaration that implements a face mask requirement.

Students in Bozeman, as well as employees and volunteers, will be required to wear masks when they return to school next week.

With a 7-1 vote, the mask mandate will take effect on Tuesday, August 24 and applies to all indoor spaces and school district buildings.

The board also voted to hire Ray & Associates to conduct a search for the new superintendent at the meeting.
