Helena, Montana – A Helena man who was arrested for vandalizing across his hometown made his appearance in court on Thursday.

According to the police report, Durbin Tabb vandalized at least 10 vehicles, 5 buildings with graffiti which included symbols and vulgar imagery as well as anti-religious words at the Cathedral.

Durbin Tabb, 21-year-old, is accused for vandalizing vehicles and buildings including the Cathedral of St. Helena. Daniel is charged with two counts: felony criminal mischief for the majority of the damage and intentional intimidation or harassment for the damage to the cathedral.

The total damage is estimated to be more than $10,000.

Justice of the Peace Mark Piskolich released Tabb on his own recognizance on Thursday, but told him to obey the rules and stay away from the Cathedral.
