Annual bar crawl starts today

Billings, Montana – Prepare your kilts because the Billings Caledonian Pipes and Drums are holding their annual bar crawl for a good cause that will take them to Las Vegas.

The Billings Caledonian Pipes and Drums were about to begin their annual pub crawl and parade when the pandemic struck two years ago. However, the good news is that it has returned.

As volunteers, they raise funds for uniforms, kilts, and other necessary supplies by participating in these pub crawls. The pipes and drums trio is hoping to be as fortunate as a Leprechaun by winning a trip to Las Vegas.

In order to represent Billings and the state of Montana, they have been asked to compete against other bagpipe bands in the Las Vegas Highland Games on April 9th and 10th.

The St. Patrick’s Day parade will take place downtown on Saturday at 11 a.m., followed by a pub crawl beginning at 1 p.m. at Just 1 More Bar and Casino. The last stop is Hooligan’s Bar & Grill in the heart of the city.
