2 men with life-threatening injuries hospitalized after plane crash

Darby, Montana – An aircraft crash on Westfork Road in Darby on Saturday afternoon injured two men.

Darby Volunteer Fire Department, Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office and EMS responded to the crash.

According to the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office, the men were unconscious with life-threatening injuries and were taken to Missoula hospitals via helicopter.

The pilot made an emergency landing due to technical problems, officials say.
